Number portability

Dear O2Team,

I want to avail number portability of my o2 contract sim( ending by 22-03-2020).

Please help me with the process and I want to take over the number in next week.

Hi @Pvedala,

welcome to our community. I set the opt-in so your new provider can go and get the number. You have to fill in a form then the process gets started.

Please be aware that the fee for porting is 24,99 EUR .
