Not receiving any SMS or OTP on iphone 14 plus

I recently converted my Normal Sim to an Esim and since then I have been facing network issues and today I have stopped receiving SMS entirely. I can not receive any OTP either. Can anyone please help me with this

The E SIM may be a multi-card (additional card). The SMS are always only delivered to one of the cards. You can check the settings here: www.o2.de/mein-tarif/multicard-einstellen after login with your mobile number.
