Not received my google streamer with my contract upgrade

Hi. I renewed my contract on June 28th 2026 with a new Google pixel pro XL and as part of the deal i was supposed to get a Google streamer within a month. We are  now in September and I have never received the google Streamer. Can anyone help?

    Did you request the streamer via the hardware portal? It doesn't arrive on its own.

    Hello ​@gazzathered,

    the offer of the Google Pixel Pro XL with the Gratis Google Streamer has been ended on September 2nd, the streamer could be requested via a form on the Google page: Startseite - Promo Rewards.

    I thought it would just be sent to me..am I too late to claim it? It was the reason I stuck with the pixel phone this time

    Oh, I am afraid that it might not be possible after that deadline, ​@gazzathered.

    But I recommend to nevertheless ask via the contact form on the page: Hilfe und Support - Promo Rewards to make sure.
