Not receive my credit/top up balance

I did payment of 15.49 € on 25th February 8:08 A.M via bank transfer but problem is that I provided wrong reference number :-

mobile no. +491763.......... (due to my mistake).

But my correct order is ............. Can you please help me out regarding this. I still haven't receive my credit due to above mistake. Your help is needed.

Hello @Mehul ,

please excuse the long wait.
Have you already contacted the prepaid hotline colleagues to clarify your issue?
Here we have no possibility to search for the transfer.
If you don't speak German, then ask a friend to call the hotline for you and help you further.
