Did you get any confirmation by e-mail concerning the ordered phone?
There is also the possibility that you received an acceptemail with a higher prepayment. Did you check that?
Or did you receive an e-mail that we did not accept your order?
In any way, you should normally have any kind of e-mail. Please have a look into your e-mail-inbox.

I placed an order on 23.06.2022 for an iphone 13 pro along with a sim card with contract
it's been a month without 4 days from the order placement date and the order is still in progress, I have made several complaints in the call center and by email but without a concrete answer !
The support people say that the device is on stock and will be sent.
but it has already become exaggerated !
