Hey @Ivana0103,

did you order a additional Multi Card? You have to transform the Multi Card into an esim. Maybe this videos will help you:

Hello,

I wasn't in Germany for five months so I wasn't using my O2 sim card. Now I have returned but when I put the sim card I noticed that it says no signal. Then I checked my account and I saw that it has minus credit in it. Will it start working immediately when I put credit?

Hi @selensoylu

welcome to our English community.

Yes, you are right. I just checked your prepaid-card. Your card was blocked as we did not receive a payment. As soon as we receive a payment from you so that your card rises up into the “positive atmosphere”, your card will be activated again so that you can use it normally again.

So, welcome back to Germany.

If you have any further questions, just feel free to contact our community again.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

I put money into my card yesterday it has been more than 24 hours and I talked with your personnel, they told me that it should be fine after 24 hours, it keeps saying no signal. This is getting frustrating. I cant really call anybody since my phone has “no signal”.

Hi @selensoylu

thanks for contacting us again.

We checked your issue together with our prepaid-experts.

As your card got into the collection-procedure already on 10th February 2020, the sim-card cannot be reactivated again.

Therefore, I would like to ask you to order a new prepaid-card. After activating your new prepaid-card, just contact us here again in order to transfer the credit to the new prepaid-card.

I regret that I do not have any other solution for you.

Please order a new prepaid-card here: http://g.o2.de/prepaid-tarife

Plus, I wanna keep my number will it be possible or not ?

Hi @selensoylu

thanks for your reply.

No, you will certainly receive another number. You have no possibility to keep your number.

Of course, you can also get a prepaid-card from any of our stores who offers prepaid-cards.
