No refund since the beginning of the year

I ordered Ipad pro with apple pencil pro abd I paid deposit 264.99 euro after that I didn’t get anything, so I contacted the customer service they told me that the order was cancelled and I will got my money back  then I waited more than month after that I called them again and they told me it was a mistake the order is not cancelled and you will receive it in a week , then they told me that they didn’t find me ( I was at home ) so the order is back to the logistics and I will receive my refund within 2 weeks , now I am receiving bills for installation and now it is about more than 10 weeks and I didn’t get my refund back

Unfortunately, we cannot view your data via your prospective customer account as it is not linked to any contract.

If you have received a request to make a deposit, the amount will be paid back to you automatically.

Please contact our English speaking support directly on 089/66 66 300 81 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays). Our employees can then view the payments and certainly help you.
