No network (both Homespot router WIFi and mobile phone).

Since yesterday I get very slow speed (0-1mb/s) both on my phone (o2 Prepaid L) and HomeSpot internet (a router with a different simCard, 2-year contract). The phone also has very bad reception signal when I go outside in my neighborhood. The LiveCheck on o2 website says that everything is fine on my address, but its clearly not the case. LTE shows only 1 bar and it does not load anything properly. I need Internet for my work, but it just does not work correctly for more than 24 hours now. How to fix this at last?

Hello @pmmpmm,

I took a look, when chosing a different part of the Wrangelstrasse or a street near this part like the Oppelner Strasse, being in the part of the Wrangelstrasse between Skalitzer Str and Taborstr. the Live Check shows an interference of our LTE network.

As this is no disturbance which can be repaired but likely an overload, it can only be remedied by an expansion of our network.

According to our network coverage map, an extension is planned for the upcoming weeks:

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Why have you opened a new thread with the same issue?

Wait for a reply to your fault report and stay in one thread.

Because I also found an English-speaking forum and thought that it will be easier to explain my problem here.
