No info on esim

Hello,

I ordered an esim a week ago, recieved any emails email with some contract information and the invoice aswell, I have not at all recieved the esim in order to activate it, not by email or by mail.

In the invoice email I was told to wait for a second email that would be sent to me shortly but I never received it.

I am at a dead end, I cant login to my account even though I literally get sent my invoice to that email.

could it be because I used my french number for the contract? Please help me
