I ordered Sony WHXXXXXXX headphones a week ago. The delivery charges were deducted from my card but I have received not a single email confirming the order.
I have no update regarding the order. I needed the headphones before my trip at the end of this month. I can not get it from somewhere else either now because I don't know if this order is under process or not.
Can you please assist? Thanks.
