I ordered Sony WHXXXXXXX headphones a week ago. The delivery charges were deducted from my card but I have received not a single email confirming the order.

I have no update regarding the order. I needed the headphones before my trip at the end of this month. I can not get it from somewhere else either now because I don't know if this order is under process or not.

Can you please assist? Thanks.

@o2_Flo its been more than a week I am trying to contact you guys. Please respond. I need confirmation that is the order under processing or not. I don’t want an additional headset a month later after buying it directly from the Sony store.

@o2_Flo I claimed refund from my card company for the delivery charges I paid and ordered the headphones from Amazon. I have not received any email till now. I hope the order is not in the pipeline.
