No confirmation of order after payment


Hello ! I ordered a mobile phone with a SIM card contract on Thursday, July 1st and received an email to deposit an amount. I paid via link the next day, but did not receive a confirmation email or email from o2.

I have the transaction ID and reference when I paid the amount.

The email used to order is the same as that used for my forum account.

Sometimes it takes a while for the payments to be booked and for an email to be sent. Has an email arrived yet and have you already checked your spam filter?

Es gibt noch keine E-Mail, ich habe auch den Spamfilter überprüft. Die Zahlung erfolgte am 02.07.2021
