No confirmation for mobile order

I am also facing the same problem, I ordered an Unlimited on Demand pack on flash sale at €19.99 on 12th September, but I still haven't received any confirmation mail or anything. Also, visit their store, get a very rude response with no resolution!

I have moved your comments into an own thread in our english langauage section 🙂

That is not so nice that you have the same issue as the user in the german language thread, that you have not got anything regarding the order you made almost a week ago.

As we here cannot look because we cannot access data for prospect account not linked to a contract as yours, Bumers suggestion to contact our english hotline is a very good one, my thanks also 🙂

Have you already checked the spam folder of your e-mail account?
