No ChatGPT plus despite of having 4 numbers with O2

Hi, I renewed my contracts and I have 4 numbers with O2, I did it in October 2025 and I was told I was going to get ChatGPT plus subscription when I did the contracts, but I never received anything, I forgot about it and now I remember I didnt get anything, despite of having 4 numbers with me.

May you please help and get me the support required?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to obtain an activation link. You should have reached out sooner.

Hi ​@Gerod ,

the ChatGPT promotion lasted from November 2025 till February 2026; before that, we had a promotion via our Priority Channel:

ChatGPT Plus 3 Monate gratis mit O₂ Priority | O₂ Community

This one however, had to be requested via the Priority portal and was not provided automatically.
Your contract extensions in October 2025 were a bit too early for the 6 Month-Promotion, I’m afraid.
