No caller ID after the rufnummernmitnahme

Hi there,

I did the “rufnummernmitnahme” and ported my old Vodafone number to a new O2 contract. 

Got SMS as well as E-mail that confirmed the number was successfully ported on 06.05.2025. 

However, when calling others, no caller ID will be showed to others instead of my ported number….. 

Found some questions in the community, solutions (i.e. restart, using another cellphone) were not working. Also checked the settings of my iphone, “show my caller ID” is on. 

Could you please check whether the “caller ID display” is suppressed or not in your background system?

Have you tried entering #31# in your keypad? If not, please try it and then press the call button.

I have checked your data. The call number rejection was activated because of an internal error. I changed the setting, please try again to call someone and wait for a feedback if it worked.
