No address in the database

Hello. I can't transfer my number from another operator, because my address (new house) is not in the database. Constant error when applying – Deine Adresse ist ungültig. Bitte prüfe und korrigiere deine Angaben.

    In the case of completely new addresses, it can unfortunately sometimes happen that these are not yet known to our databases - as in your case.

    Have you been able to reach an employee in the meantime “english contact” regarding your change of address? If not, we would have to exchange the data once in the private messages, please give us a short feedback.
