New Tarif program...


So I chose this new Tarif program, that supposedly includes the new Samsung S23 ultra with the Samsung watch 5 40mm, all for around 70 per month. 

So, at the last step of the purchase I get this email from o2 saying that, o2 did some recalculations and they ask for a down-payment of around 190 euros. 

The email continues by stating that this amount of money is an one time payment. 

Now, next to this number, it writes, that I pay monthly 70 euros, which I already know. 

But my question is, does this down-payment includes also the first month of use? Or am I gonna pay 190 plus the first month ( 70)?

Hello @Giannotas ,

as bs0 said, we can not tell you the reason why the order got declined, you can only ask for this by letter from the address that you received with the rejection.

And to just answer a previous question of yours, the down payment of 190€ would not have been in addition to whatever else you’d have to pay for the phone itself, the monthly installments would have first been taken from that downpayment.

No I did not. I chose the program the one without the smartwatch, but with S3 ultra. For 36 months, circa 60 euros per month, but I was declined.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could look up why and inform please.

In the email rejecting your order it will say what you can do if you want more information. You will need to write to o2 as nobody here can tell you that.

If you didn’t accept the ofer and then ordered a different phone then it is likely that the exisiting order was still not out of the system so the credit check declined the new one. You need to wait a couple of weeks before ordering again.
