New simcard not working

Hello,

I received my simcard, then tried to register online but I’m not receiving message or temporary password. Can you check why. Thank you.

What kind of sim-card did you order? 

Is it probably a multicard? If this is the case, just have a look to the settings of your multicard and check which sim-card receives SMS. 

Or is it the only card for the contract?

If you ordered a SIM card online you can also activate it online in a few simple steps, here you will find all necessary information :-)
