Hallo friends,
I’m a o2 customer since November 2020. In August 2021, a customer care executive called me and offered a new sim with new plan which has unlimited data and I accept the offer. Since August 2021 they are deducting money from my account but I have not received sim yet. I’m contacting them since last September and they are saying they sent but they also told me to go to O2 shop and ask for duplicate sim. When I asked on the shop they are helpless because it shows they already sent the sim. Still they are deducting money and I have not received anything and I cannot even get a duplicate one. I called customer care service several time but it not connecting. In this case, can i ask them for refund of the money which they deducted. ? please give me a solution for this. any help will be much appreciated.
