new signed contract with mobile phone


Dear Sir, my question is regarding cancellation of a new signed (on 22nd of February) contract with smartphone purchase. I want to cancel it because I was given two sim cards instead of one and I was told the second SIM card is a spare one. But later on, when I received my first bill I figured out that I was sold 2 different  SIM card numbers with 2 different Tarrifs. The invoice amount was double of that I was told in the o2 shop. So now I want to cancel the second Tarif that  I was not aware of till received the bill. Could you please inform me how to perceed with the procedure. I’m very disappointed that happened I did not expect that they would give 2 tarrifs instead of one. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Good morming,

unfortunately you can cancel the contract only to the end of its term (24 months), because you made the contract in a shop. Contracts made in a shop can’t be withdrawn within 14 days like contracts which are made via phone oder internet.

Only the shop could help you on goodwill if they want to.

Hello I need a urgent help I have Oder a Partner phone contract from o2 and they send me the phone with 2 SIM card and I have the old contract sim which am not using anymore then I come to realise that I still have to paid for the old. SIM card please help me to cancel the old sim contract because I cannot paid for 2 sim contract please

No I didn’t received any information about that can you please help me to either help me to cancel it or guide me how to cancel it thank you so much for your reply back

everything is done. You just have to wait until February 7th. Then you just have to pay for two contracts instead of three.
