New replacement sim card requested but not arrived yet. 5 days remained for activation.

Hello, I rquested a replacement sim card on 5.6.2026, current status says “In progress”. But I also got e-mail from O2 Team that I must activate the sim card within 5 days. How should I proceed?

It's great to hear from you again :) Unfortunately, I can't access your account details because you registered with a prospective account. 

How did you order the SIM card? Is the address on file still correct? in other words, was it sent to the right address?

Hello Flo. Thanks for your answer. I ordered SIM card ( twice) via app on 26.05.2026 (Bestellnummer: 122170840) and 05.06.2026 (Bestellnummer:124309208). But sim cards never arrived. Maybe it was problem with delivery company. I checked the address, it is correct.I requested sim card because I can’t see 5G on my phone. When I visited O2 shop in Berlin, they guy said that your sim card might be old and you need to order new one. 

So I will request a sim card again, just in case I updated the address, so I will not be able to request new one within 14 days.Any recommendation from you is welcome
