Thanks for your patience. Did you already get to know your mobile phone number of your new postpaid-contract?
If not, please check your e-mails. Normally, you get a confrmation by e-mail that includes also your mobile phone number.

I could get a phone number later, but mobile network doesn't work yet.
I can use only WiFi now, can't use a call or a message.
So still on the way to activation,
When I typed my phone number, the website told me to check the message to register for my o2, I can't get it without mobile network.
I hope to use it soon.

Is the activation now complete and the card useable?
There is no connection between your account and a contract, which is why I can´t take a look at the current status.
We can, however, switch to personal messages in order to exchange data, if needed.

Unfortunately I got the mail to notice a disactivation for my Sim card, so I have been wondering to reorder new one.
As for the connection between my account and contract,I'm not sure but I've got the mail from o2 many times to confirm my email address. I managed it many times,then finally succeeded it. However I don't know now you can check my status.
I would like to reorder new one, if next time order would be well done.

I got the mail for invoice, which charges me 0 Euro.
I'd like to know if my contract before is really cancelled or not.
If it's done, I'm planning to oder a new SIM card one more time.

In order to check the cancellation of your postpaid-contract, I have just sent a private message to you via @o2_Support. Please let me know there the requested details.
Afterwards, I will have a look in your data concerning the cancellation of your new contract.

As your contract is deactivated now, you have now the chance to order a new sim-card.
