Hi,

I have ordered new phone last Monday, my order number is: xy and just wanted to make sure I'm getting phone only without new number and sim card.

Also when can I expect it to arrive?

your last Order was just the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.

The delivery time is about 2 to 3 weeks fort the 512 GB device in black.

Hi Katja,

Since you`re asking….could I please kindly ask you to have a look at my order (WSHW*******), I think it got lost or forgotten.

It`s been 18 days since my order and I did not receive any information whatsoever, not mentioning the phone itself…

Sure. Phone is fantastic, by far the best I ever had. It's super fast, all phones should be like that 5 years ago, but better late than never.

that´s great to hear!

Have you tried connecting it to a monitor to use DEX?

I really like that feature; Almost plug and play with an USB-C - Hub (which I bought for a Macbook) and really easy to handle.
