I have ordered a new esim replacement for my other but when i click to activate my new plastic sim in o2 app its say , data cannot be changed in this moment when this problem persists contact customer service ( in german).
An eSIM is not a physical SIM. What exactly do you want to do?

There is new option for 5g plus in my o2 app, so I subscribed for that and then a message shows up that say esim is not supported with 5g plus , so you can order free replacement for your esim to physical sim! So i ordered that and now that replaced esim with physical sim , that physical sim I can’t able to activate , i need help with activation of that physical sim!
