Dear @Saeedoov ,

 

I once sent you two offers for new contracts. One is a partner contract, here the discount is only valid as long as you have your other contract, if it is cancelled and ends, the discount expires! The other one has a discount for young people, this discount would continue to apply even if the existing contract is cancelled.

You can just order via the website. The price would be 54,99 as a partner card because you already have a contract. Make sure you select o2 Kunden.

I have inly received an offer for the extension of my current account. Unfortunately it did not suit me because it was more expensive than just making a new contract.
