I bought a prepaid card  from O2  and I have a big problem with O2.

  1. Online register phone card and online service O2 company total not work!
  2. I made a screenshot and attached.
  3. I visited a local O2 service (shop) and they  also can’t help me to register my card. (Total bad service!!!)
  4.  I tried to return this  prepaid card but Kaufland in Shwerte (NRW) doesn’t wont to give me many back. (Why?)

P.S. I RECOMMEND

NOT TO BUY PREPAID CARD FROM O2.

Does the activation involve the phone number you have stored here in the community? Or about another one?

Prepaid cards are excluded from exchange at most retailers, so Kaufland will not take them back. But I am very sure that we will find a solution for your problem.

When you registered, did you try to enter 09 instead of 9 in the month field, or does the same error message appear?
