Neue Sim nicht Erhalten

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Good day

I received an email confirming that my new contract with the phone number XXXXXX95 – as ordered – started on August 1st, 2026. However, I haven't received the SIM card yet and therefore can't use it. Could you please let me know the status of the SIM card? Has it already been shipped or is it still in transit? If so, would it also be possible to change the contract start date to the day of delivery (e.g., 10 days later)? Please keep me updated. Thank you.

Delete the phone number!
Where exactly did you order from?

I ordered from the Samsung online store - Handy with contract. I received the set but not the sim. I received the email confirming the same though.
Thanks for remiving the phone number. was not sure if that would be needed for reference

You can find the eSIM profile in the Samsung Service World.

First, download the profile to your smartphone. Then, register your mobile number for *Mein o2* to gain access to your contract in the customer portal.

Hello @Gups,

the new contract should already be available in your customer account since the card is already activated.

You can switch between your contracts at the top right in Mein o2

Best regards

Giulia

Hi Giulia,

I activated the esim a few mins ago and it seems to work. However, I can't see the new contract. I can only see two expired ones. Can it happen it takes some time to update on the app ? Thanks

Check the customer portal.

Hi Bumer,

By customer portal, you meant my online O2 account ? I checked this both via website and app. It shows only the older contracts which are expired. The new one is missing

Although I got a mail in beginning that I requested an account with a different personal id but they are linking to the older id as it exists. Looks like this is not linked properly yet

Then, as I mentioned at the beginning, register the contract using the phone number first.

That's exactly my question

I did the registration with mobile number. In the last step it asks to enter email. When i enter my current email, it says this email is already registered. Cant i link the account with my existing email? Do i need to give another email in this case ?

Now ive the contract visible but this looks to be linked to another account. I created this only with the phone number. Is there a possibilty to link this with my existing account and email so i can view everything in a single place ? That will be very helpful. Thanks

What other account? Proceed without an email address, and the contract will become visible!

I meant now ive two different accounts. One this one with email, the other with the new number. It would have been easier if these two accounts can be linked. Else i need to now log in with the new account details.

Registration is performed using the phone number as the username.

Hello @Gups,

it looks good, your new contract and number is in the same data set as your old contracts, so you will be able to log in with your number as username.

Best Regards,

Gerrit
