Negligible mobile internet speed

For last 3 months, the internet speed at my location(at least few towns/cities) has been near 1 or 2 Mbps, at all times. I have tried extraordinary termination but O² doesn't think that not providing internet is a good enough reason to cancel the contract early. I'm forced to pay 40 euros/month till the end of 2027 for getting almost no service. What are my options, can i at least apply for price reduction or compensation? On their website, they write that a "network-station is having issues" since november and no possible repair timeline.

If network availability isn't working so well, that's obviously not great and also annoying.
