Dear O2 Team,
I recently applied for a new contract with O2, including an iPhone 16 Pro. During the application process, I selected a plan and requested to port my existing number from Lebara (015166837445) to O2.
Everything went smoothly, and I have received the mobile phone. However, I have not yet received my contract number or SIM card, which means I am unable to log in to the O2 customer portal to check the status of the porting process or activate the SIM.
At this point, I am unsure if I need to take any further steps from my side. Could you please guide me on the following:

When can I expect to receive the SIM and contract details?

Is there anything I need to do to complete the porting process and retain my existing number?
I would appreciate your support in helping me proceed with the setup.
