I have taken O2 connection one Year before, Initially 6 months i am not charged for o2 TV. Recently i saw my bill 4.99 Euro charged for O2 TV subscription. I dont know this service, I never used this, I want to canel this service. Please help how to do that.

You can cancel your o2 TV option yourself under My o2. Do you have a monthly cancellation or a two-year contract?

I didn’t find my option to do that. I have 2 years contract first 6 months I don’t get this bill, 7th month started but I failed to cancel this, I never used this service. is it any option get refund for non usuage if not Atleast need to cancel it from next month .

The o2 TV package has been a part of your contract since the start at the end of last year, it was clearly stated on the documents that you received for it and you agreed to this. The package itself has a duration of 24 months, we can enter your wish for the deactivation of the package, but that would be at the end of its runtime in November of 2024.
