Hi!
hoping someone can help me, my phone got stolen so I need to order a new sim with my existing number. I tried to get in to my o2 account but I entered my password incorrectly and now it won’t let me even try to log in, I know the correct password for it. It tries to make me recover it with sms but I don’t have my phone or sim to do that.
I need to get into my account so that I can order a sim. Could someone even unblock my account so that I can enter my password and access my account?
I would really appreciate any help!! Thank you in advance
