Hello, I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times. I need to restore it but I lost my PUK code and have no access to my account on o2, I dont remember registering the phone number on the app.
I can't solve my problem via Hotline as I don't speak German.
Can you help me?

The PUK is on the letter you received with the SIM card. If you don’t have this then you then the quickest way would be to call the hotline between 11:00 and 15:00 when English support should be available.
