"Hello, I am currently abroad and my physical SIM card is broken. I have ordered an eSIM replacement, but I cannot complete the 2-step verification because I cannot receive the SMS verification code, and I cannot receive mail at my German address right now. Could a moderator please help me to send the eSIM activation code/QR-Code to my registered email address? Thank you!"

Meine E-Mail-Adresse lautet xxxxx. Meine ESIM-Nummer ist xxxxx.

Delete your personal data again!
A new QR code can only be sent by letter.

Hello @Cilicut,

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

Oh, that is unfortunate that your plastic SIM is broken.

As Bumer wrote, a new QR code can only be sent by mail to you address.

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Maybe I did use a misleading word, @Cilicut, with by mail I meant it is only possible to have a new QR code for an exchange eSIM to be sent by letter, as Bumer wrote.

Best Regards,

Gerrit

That's so inconvenient! Can't it be done via email? If not, please help me cancel, thank you.

No, as has been stated several times, that isn't possible. Chat support can cancel it for you.
