My SIM card won't connect to the network


I ordered a SIM card online. I put the card I received in the mail into my phone. At first I could not activate the card, the operators of the O2 network helped me with that, but even after activation, the card will not connect to the network. Although I tried several different phones, nothing changed. When the card is in the phone, it does not even allow the possibility of manually selecting the network.

I tried first through that site and I tried by calling 0800 66 999 66. Neither of them worked. Even a conversation with technical support did not give results

Dear @o2_Andrea 

I spoke to the extremely fair operator O2, after I posted, who spotted the problem and fix it, otherwise the problem was caused by carelessness on O2's part - O2 activated the wrong SIM card and it was explained to me, by the O2 operator I spoke to before posting, that  the problem is that my phone is not an IPhone and that's why my card doesn't work.  I have full praise for the operator I spoke to after the post was published who immediately spotted and fixed the problem, which again does not detract from the fact that the problem was in the beginning caused by carelessness on the part of O2..
