My prepaid O2 card invalid now because PUK locked, how to validate it again?

My O2 prepaid card is invalid today, because my son played my phone and input wrong PIN and PUK for many times.

I have correct PIN and PUK in hand,  is there any way to make the SIM card available again?

I tried to phone O2 prepaid card hotline 017688855282,  I can’t understand German, and not able to find way for human being service.

Any one who knows what I should do now?

The phone number is important, as I used it registered some important thing.

    If the card is invalid due to too many wrong PUK-inputs the card cannot be reactivated. It is rubbish and can be thrown away.

    In this case you need a new one. The fastest way to get one would be a visit to an o2-shop.

    I am not in Germany now, so not able to visit a O2 shop. Do you know how to get contact with O2 and apply for a new card?  The prepaid O2 hotline seems having no English option. Is there email for applying new card？

    No E-Mail. 

    o2 does not deliver SIMs abroad, only in Germany.
