I have ordered a phone without contract. And my ordered confirmed and handover to DHL for delivery. The shipping status shows, 2 weeks before that the packet arrived in last DHL station. But no further action from there. I got the bills from O2 and I didn't received the product yet. what i need to do..? I didn’t find any option to give complaint in O2 website.
please help me to inform O2 about my issue. please share mail ID or any contact details.
