in 18.11.2021 I have ordered in shop a product they say that will come for 1 week but has been 2 weeks now. in my account to my orders the product says it's complete but the status order says Pre–order. what is happening when will my product come ?????????

What exactly is it?

Did you already contact the shop concerning the ordered product?
