Hello O2

i order a on demand sim card online from O2 but I didn't receive my sim card yet and my order is returned when i check it in o2 order status.

Today i got the mail that my sim card is activated but when i am not using as i didn't receive the sim card but getting mail to pay the bill for the sim card so can you please help me what to do in this situation.

The quickest way to get a replacement SIM card today would be to go to an o2 shop and get one there. Otherwise, you can order one from customer service.

SIM cards are shipped by normal post not with DHL delivery. It is a normal white envelope. Could you please check if you might mix up the letter with advertisement and put it aside without notice?

If nothing can be found you have the chance to call our english support and order a exchange card.
