My O2 balance wasted

Hello Team,

 

I recharge my account with 10Euro and after that I saw 9.99 Euro was automatically charged and all my balance wasted, I then deactivate the package as I was in process of my Operator change to Vodafone what happened to me is

  • 10 Euro balance got wasted
  • I didn’t even use 9.99 Euro package (3.5 GB with Alle Flat)

Please refund my amount or atleast allow me to use package whatever is possible.

I tried to call Support but no luck.

Hello @hTariq, welcome to our o2 community :-)

As long as a package or an option is not marked for deactivation it will start again directly after it has ended. If you do not want to keep an option running you can mark it for deatctivation using our Mein o2 app on your smartphone.

I had a look into this and as far as I can see you were already in contact with our customer service. I hope any question could be answered? :-)
