My number portability for a prepaid plan to another provider

I regret that you like to leave o2 with your prepaid-number. But of course, I will help you to transfer your number to another provider. 

I just have released your prepaid-number. Your prepaid-number is now ready for porting. You have received also a confirmation by SMS. Please contact now your new provider in order to transfer your number to the new provider. We will charge you with 6,82 € for the porting. Therefore, make sure that you have topped-up this amount. 

If you still have a remaining amount after the porting, just fill out this form: pay-out remaining amount to your bank-account
