Hi,

I’ve bought the mobile device Samsung Galaxy A72 from O2 online portal on 27.08.2021. For last few days, after installing a new update, my phone getting freeze and then restart automatically. I am having this problem in regular basis, at leat 2/3 times daily.

 

For example, whenver in the road I use google map and try to search several places and routes, it get freeze and then restart. Do you offer any service for that? Or do you replace my phone? I think I’ve warranty/guarranty for at least 2 years (correct me if I am wrong). Still it is even not a year gone after buying the phone and it started showing issues.

 

Please help me!

I am sorry to hear there are issues with your mobile phone after an update.

In cases like this I recommend to reset the phone back to factory default (after saving you personal data and files) and see if this fixes the issues. 

If this does not help and even after resetting the device and not using any additional apps the phone keeps restarting you can order a repair online :-)

Thanks for your reply. I’ll defenitely try the factory reset option.

 

But this is not an easy task to backup everything and restore again. It is a time consuming job.

 

Anyway, I’ll do it. And if not fixed then I’ll go for replair.
