My contract has been terminated

Hello,

Due to my own fault, my contract xxx for my Macbook has been terminated. I never received any letters because they were being sent to my old address. 

I tried calling the finance department but they dont speak English, at least thats what they told me. The due date of full payment is tomorrow. 

i really would like to make a payment plan. What options do i have now ? is there a way i can contract someone here in English to help me solve this issue ?
