my contract got cancelled

It is unfortunate that the contract has been terminated. 
I have reviewed your information. 
The last payment for the mobile phone contract has been reversed by the bank. 
This contract has not yet been terminated either. 
Unfortunately, no payment has been received for the o2 My Handy contract since April. By then, it was already too late for your payment. 
The entire o2 My Handy amount is now due at once. 
You may be able to arrange a split payment with the finance department. 
No payment has been received for the AirPods. Here, too, the entire amount is now due at once. 
Have you tried the English hotline? (O2 Service in English:089 66 66 30 08 1  Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays)
Perhaps they can help? 
An agreement can only be made directly with the finance department.

I transfered my due payments for iphone when i recieved my letter but it was reversed by O2 . I tried to contact english service they diverted my call to financial depaetment . And financial department does not know english . There is no way of live chat as well . Now how am i suppose to contact the financial department ?

in the end you will have to find someone to do the call for you. You can also ask for a callback at the english support if there is nobody to assist. 

Unfortunately we don’t have any chance to help right here.
