Hello my name is Yeboah. I ordered a phone from O2 and I did a first payment and I was wanting for my internet bill also to be paid and I didn’t get any alert on my bank account. So I chat with O2 helping and I was giving an account number to pay the money and I did. Just yesterday I had a message from O2 that if I don’t pay another money to the same account my internet will be blocked. And yes they have blocked it while have also pay the money. I am just looking for helpline number to call. Even now in my O2 account I need to pay for my phone bill for the month but I check my account and I haven’t get any alert and I am afraid to pay to their account number I was given.
