I ordered a multicard Esim by mistake, and now I have to pay that amount of almost € 40, can I cancel the order badge because I don't need a multicard Esim,

unfortunately we can't cancel the SIM for you.
It was ordered on 23.06. so you should have contacted us by 07.07. so that we could have cancelled the card.

Hi Alina, something similar just happened to me and I have attempted to contact O2 Customer Services.  I mistakenly ordered an additional sim card.  I expected to see an overview of the full costs, but received notification that my order has gone through.  I find a one time payment of 29.99 excessive, plus 4.99 monthly - this is way too much for what it is being offered and I would like like this order cancelled before my account is debited.

Please confirm that this order can be cancelled as it was just made a few hours ago today.

Dear O2 Team,

Please cancel my order of an additional sim card.  This order was made in error as I expected to see an overview of the costs to order an extra sim card.  I was surprised to see the order go through and I find 29.99 plus a monthly fee of 4.99 excessive.

Please cancel the order as I am not prepared to pay this amount for an additional card that does not provide any tangible benefit that I can not get elsewhere at a lower cost.

I have good news for you: I confirm that your ordered sim-card was cancelled on 5th September 2020. 

 

So, there will be no charge concerning the extra sim-card. 

 

Is everything clarified for you then?

 

If you like to receive an additional multicard, you have the possibility to change your tariff to “o2 Free M Boost”. This tariff includes the connect-option. So you will not be charged with 4,99 € for the extra multicard. The best way to change your tariff is by prolonging your contract for 24 months. Hello Tobias, I need to give an update as a SIM card was sent to me and although i have not activated it, and have no intention of activating it, my account was debited on 21 September for an amount that can not be linked to my existing contract.  Please could you look into this and confirm that I am not being charged for a product that has been I have requested to be cancelled.

 

update: a colleague of yours confirmed that this amount relates to the delivery charges of a separate product.
