Hello
welcome to our o2 Community
Normally, you should be able to deactivate your SIM card via Mein o2 App very easily.
I have now arranged everything to deactivate your card. Your other SIM card may lose connection for a short moment, then please restart the device.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards
Giulia
Hello

Hello,
Yes I have received it but the old one, so I had to order another since the system said when I tried to install it that it cannot be activated again. So I´m waiting now for the new one….
Which should be this : Pixel6Pro
SIM-Nummer:8949-hiddennumbers-8598
Does the old one gets autodeleted?
Thanks again.!
Best regards and Happy New Year.
Hello
if you ordered a new eSIM profile because the old one was already spend and you can only use them once, then this would be a replacement. If you got an additional profile, then that would again count as a separate multicard.
Kind regards, Sven
