Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am using the o2 sim. I will be moving out of Germany on 02.07 (I have don’t have a job in Germany anymore). I need my SIM card till then. I will request to get my SIM card deactivated after that. How should I proceed please? Do I have to physically deposit the SIM at an O2 shop? Also, is it possible to send the deactivation form by email or through any o2 shop, please?
