The money has been deducted from my bank successfully few days ago. I still have not received any top up. My package has expired.

Did you order a new pack with data for your prepaid number after topping up via bank transfer?
If you ordered a new pack, did you receive a confirmation via SMS or via E-Mail?

I did not receive any message that money has been credited.
I tried to order a new pack and I received a message, but since no money was there. It was cancelled.

I could take a look, on Saturday your prepaid number has been topped up and then the prepaid data pack M with 5GB for 9,99 € has been activated.

No, I am talking about another amount. The only reason, I topped up this amount because the money from my bank was not credited. I credited 50 euro. I could send you the transaction details, please look at those for me.
My 50 euro is still not credited.
Only 10 euro from sms is topped up.

You will recieve this number by sending a free SMS to 56656, with the content “Bank”
