Hello! I have faced two issues during the past few days.
1. I topped up 20 euros to my account. Money is deducted from my bank account and it’s not credited to my o2 account. It’s been 5 days now.
2. During the time that issue occurred, I was in Netherlands and I had no way of roping up my account. I managed to add 20 euros to my account with the help of a friend in Germany. And I tried to activate a o2 prepaid M package and I received a massage asking me to contact the hotline as the package was not activated. It was 3 am in the morning and I had no way to contact the hotline. So I tried cancelling and reactivating the package. As sol. As I cancelled the package I received a message telling my package is activated and then another msg telling that the package is terminated. And 18 euros is gone.
I want to know how to get the 38 euros that I’ve lost.
