Hi 

today i have received email from you about the money deduct 39 euro something or 10 euro monthly what is this about.?Like why you will deduct this money.As I already have sim card I don’t need any additional sim

Hello @Karan00,

I have checked your contracts. The additional 10,00 EUR are for the second SIM-card (Multicard) that you ordered for your mobile contract ending on ...210. It was ordered on May 20th. You can check your SIM cards online https://www.o2online.de/mein-o2/ or in the app.

If this was by mistake, you can always have it deactivated again. Please let me know if you are not using this second SIM-card and I will deactivate it.

If you have not placed this order, you should revoke it. To do so, send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de and explain what exactly you want to revoke.
