Hi, I have a questions with regards to the sim card. I have 2 mobile number the O2 free M and O2 free S. I want to cancel the contract in O2 free S because I haven’t used the sim card and I still paid for it. The person in O2 shop did not explain it clearly that I only have 14 days to cancel the O2 free S. How can I cancel it? Is it still possible to cancel it? I paid for it 19,99€ with a 19% Guthaben, so 9,99€ per mos. I didn’t know this until last friday because I checked the data I used. I wasted 9,99€ for 8 mos already and I want to end it. Can someone help me.

When have you signed the contract? What is the exactly name of the tarifplan?
Is it a flex or a 24m tarifplan?
